DONNELLSON, Iowa (June 19, 2012) – Discount Tire, Keokuk, has come on board to add $75 to first place in the IMCA Stock Car feature event, Thursday, during Bud Night at Lee County Speedway.

That means that first place will pay $375 for the Stock Cars. They will also add $50 to second place and $25 to third place.

On top of that, Discount Tire will also give one lucky Stock Car driver a free tire. Owner Jim Gillenwater will be running in the Sport Mod event. Whatever place he finish in the Sport Mod race the corresponding Stock Car finisher will get a free tire. That means if Gillenwater finishes 4th then the fourth place finisher in the Stock Car feature will get a free tire.

Again, Lee County Speedway would like to thank Dunker Concrete and Discount Tire for making the contributions to the two respective purses today.

Races start at 7:30 pm, Thursday!
