Mohrfeld Electric Night offers draw-redraw event for Lee County’s headline class

DONNELLSON, Iowa (July 22, 2012) – Budweiser IMCA Modifieds will be racing for $1,000 to win and $100 to start, this week at Lee County Speedway, on Mohrfeld Electric Night, July 27.

Also on the schedule will be the Donnellson Tire IMCA Stock Cars, Shottenkirk Parts Express IMCA Sport Mods, Coors Light LCS Hobby Stocks and Sunline Auto Parts IMCA Sport Compacts.

Mohrfeld Electric, of Fort Madison, Iowa, will have giveaways throughout the night for the fans. LCS is happy to have them back as a night sponsor for the 2012 season.

The total purse for the Budweiser IMCA Modified feature is posted at the end of this story. The night will be a draw-redraw event for the Modifieds.

Grandstand tickets will be $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and $6 for students 11-17. Children 10 and under are free. Pit passes will be $25, and no registration fee.

Don’t forget, if you purchased a ticket to the July 20 race at Lee County Speedway, bring that ticket and get in for just $5, July 27. Again, this works for anyone who purchased a ticket to last week’s event.

Gates open at 5:30, hot laps are 7 p.m. and racing is 7:30 p.m.
