On Saturday, February 17, 2018 the Pepsi Lee County Speedway will honor the top 10 in the 2017 points for the Steffes UMP Pro Late Models, Budweiser IMCA Modifieds, Donnellson Tire & Service IMCA Stock Cars, Shottenkirk Parts Express IMCA SportMods, and the Armstrong Tractor IMCA Sport Compacts. This will be held at the American Legion in West Point, Iowa. In order to receive your award you must reserve your ticket(s) by February 3rd. All advance tickets are $25 and can be purchased now by contacting Brian Gaylord or Marcie Gaylord at 319-371-6230. Or you may mail your payment, with the amount of tickets you want, to 1942 303rd Ave., Ft. Madison, Iowa 52627. Tickets will be available at the door, but will cost more if not reserved in advance.

The Lee County Speedway is hoping everyone is having a great off season.  We will be announcing our banquet date soon that will be held in January or early February.  Our season will kick off in late March with our Spring Extravaganza and IMCA Frostbuster night 1 on Wednesday March 28. We will be racing IMCA Modifieds, Stock Cars, Sport Mods, and Sport Compacts weekly.  UMP Late Models will also be on the weekly card with the same rules as 2017 for that class.

Lee County Late Models will be going into their 3rd year at the Lee County Speedway. If you ran a car in 2017 you will have nothing to change. We will have a few extra things allowed to adapt to more cars being able to race with us in 2018.
1. Invert will be used just like we do with all other classes.
2. All Steel blocked motors will be legal using restrictors. 2 or 4 to be announced later.
3. IMCA Late Models run as they are unless they go to D55 then 2 restrictors could be a possibility if we see fit.
